Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SyncScreen (the “Service”), which is provided by PolyReal, a sole proprietor in Japan (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. The Service
The Service is a Figma plugin that pastes and syncs Figma screens, together with its supporting server. Same-file syncing is free; cross-file references are offered under the paid Pro plan.
2. Requirements
To use cross-file references, the connected Figma account must be able to view the source file, and the source Figma file must belong to a team on a paid Figma plan (Professional or higher). In our testing, Figma denied access to files in free teams. Figma’s API limits may also restrict how often you can sync. You are responsible for checking these requirements before you subscribe.
3. Fees and payment
The Pro plan costs ¥300 per month (tax included) on the monthly plan or ¥2,000 per year (tax included) on the annual plan. Payment is by credit card through Stripe. We charge the first payment when you subscribe, and then the same amount automatically every month (monthly plan) or every year (annual plan) until you cancel. There is no fixed term and no minimum term. If you use a discount code, the discount amount and duration shown on the purchase page apply, and the regular price is charged afterwards.
If we change the price, we will announce the change and its effective date on this site in advance. The new price applies to renewals that fall on or after the announced effective date, and you may cancel before then.
If you are a minor, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before buying the Pro plan.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from “Manage plan” in the plugin. There is no cancellation fee. If you cancel before the next renewal date, you will not be charged again, and Pro remains available until the end of the paid period.
We do not give prorated refunds when you choose to cancel during a paid period, and we do not give refunds because the requirements shown before purchase were not met. This does not limit any refund or compensation you are entitled to by law, for example when you could not use the Service for reasons attributable to us.
If you ask us to delete your personal information and choose to end your Pro plan immediately as part of that request, we will refund the fees for the period you have not used.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order
- Attempting to access files you are not permitted to view
- Placing excessive load on the server, unauthorized access, or evading payment
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
6. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation
We may change or temporarily suspend the Service when this is unavoidable, for example because of changes in Figma or other external services, maintenance, or outages. Except in emergencies, we will announce this on this site in advance.
If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice. If discontinuation means we cannot provide the rest of a period you have paid for, we will refund the fees for the part we could not provide.
7. Warranty and liability
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available without interruption or that it will fit your particular purpose.
If you suffer damage for reasons attributable to us, we will compensate you as required by law. For damage caused by our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damage, up to the total Pro fees you paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred (or ¥2,000 if that total is less than ¥2,000). This limit does not apply to damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We will change these Terms only when the change is in the general interest of users, or when it is reasonable in light of the need for the change, the appropriateness of the revised terms, and other circumstances, in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Japanese Civil Code. We will announce the change, the reason, and the effective date on this site in advance. For changes that are significantly unfavorable to users, we will give reasonable notice and, where practicable, also notify you at your registered email address.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Jurisdiction over disputes is determined by applicable law. We will disclose our address without delay on request.
