| Term and automatic renewal | The subscription renews automatically every month (monthly plan) or every year (annual plan) until you cancel. There is no fixed term and no minimum term. The monthly plan comes to ¥3,600 (tax included) over 12 months. There is no free trial. |

| Payment timing | The first payment is charged when you subscribe. After that, the same amount is charged automatically at each renewal (every month on the monthly plan, every year on the annual plan) until you cancel. If you use a discount code, the discount amount and duration shown on the purchase page apply, and the regular price is charged afterwards. |
| Delivery | Available immediately after payment is completed. |
| Cancellation | Cancel online anytime from “Manage plan” in the plugin. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling before the next renewal date stops further charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. |
| Refunds | We do not give prorated refunds when you choose to cancel during a paid period (access continues until the period ends). This does not limit refunds you are entitled to by law, for example when you could not use the service for reasons attributable to us. |
| Requirements | Figma (desktop app or browser). Cross-file references require connecting a Figma account. The connected account must be able to view the source file, and the source Figma file must belong to a team on a paid Figma plan (Professional or higher). Figma’s API limits may restrict how often you can sync. |
